Central de Arquitectura is a young company, which since 1998 has established itself as one of the highest quality and best service real estate development groups in Mexico. Architects José Sánchez and Moisés Ison, founders and directors of Central de Arquitectura, continue to create and develop together with their creative team, undoubtedly amazing projects.

Quatro was born from the vision of four partners: Álvaro Amezcua, Alejandro Alamillo, Juan Carlos Rodero and Galo Roselló. After more than 15 years transforming the real estate sector in Mexico with Pulso Inmobiliario, they decided to create Quatro. Now with more than 25 years of experience, Quatro has a portfolio of multiple premium developments such as Resorts, Retail, Residential and Corporate, in strategic and iconic locations. Together with Central de Arquitectura, Quatro is one of the strategic partners that are part of Casa Nima's history.
